Candidate’s statement can be found on the PARSA website under “Elections”, “Candidate Profiles”.
From Monday 9am 27th August to Thursday 4pm 30th August you can vote online through the PARSA website.
You are able to vote for each of the 12 Officer positions (President, Vice President, Equity etc.). This year there are restrictions on certain positions you can vote for. You must self-identify as a woman, queer* or living with a disability in order to vote for these Officer specific Officer roles. For College Officer positions you can only vote for your specific College.
In the new constitution, you are able to vote for the PARSA Board positions. There are 8 Board positions available.
When voting, place the number ' 1 ' beside the candidate who is your first choice for each position. Continuing numbering down for the remaining places if you wish. Other preferences will be considered if no clear team has over 50% of the votes.
Don’t forget to press “no further preferences” once you have finished and press “cast ballot” to have your vote counted!
